No, you need to accept the connection whenever a Spinworks support agent connects to your machine. Even if you share the one-time password, we can only access your machine once. The next time the password will be different.
There is an unattended mode that requires a different support client, which is mainly used for headless devices (a.k.a. servers) and also requires a support contract.
